World's Largest Bra Chain
Heads Overseas
Just a month after creating the world's longest bra chain the bras involved are headed for an international trip.
Lifeline production manager at Bundaberg distribution center John Trani has been dividing up the bras into 4m to 5m chains and packing them into 49 bales each weighing about 210kg.
“Some will go to Cambodia and the bulk will be going to refugee camps in Afghanistan, and some will be going to Sydney to women's refuges,” Mr Trani said.
The bras are set to be picked up by a truck and taken to Sydney for shipping by the end of the month.
World's longest bra chain organizer Rob Bauer said he is yet to have official word from the Guinness Book of World Records ratifying the record.

Itochu To Buy Stake in Dalian
Leading Japanese trading company Itochu Corp is to buy into China's Dalian Yawen
Underwear Co as a first step to entering the burgeoning lingerie market there.
Shares comprising a 28% share in the company worth JPY1bn will bolster China's
fifth largest lingerie company and give Itochu and chance to boost the consumer
side of its growing empire.
China's underwear market is projected to double to CNY2.5trn by 2011.

Electric Lingerie Secures
Hustler Lingerie License
Electric Lingerie has signed the Exclusive, Global rights to manufacture, market, and distribute the world’s top sexy lingerie brand Hustler Lingerie, effective 9/1/2009.
Elan Rofé, owner of Electric Lingerie and President of Hustler Lingerie for the past three years, will continue in that capacity, and Wilson Kello will continue as Creative Director. “I am ecstatic that we were able to make this deal, and especially happy with the help of Hustler corporate and specifically Theresa Flynt—I am confident that the brand will evolve in a way that is most impressive,” explains Rofé.
"It's the smartest possible evolution of the brand," Rofé continues. "We've got the same core personnel who really created the name, and now we've got the freedom and autonomy to take things to the next level." Rofé plans a strong debut at January's AVNs in Las Vegas, with a re-vamped packaged line, new hosiery, sexy bedtime costumes, and an expansion of his best-selling miniskirt line. "We're finally able to respond to the feedback we've been getting from the industry, which is to say we're going to have sexy, mouthwatering items at substantially reduced prices."
The details of the deal give Electric Lingerie the right to the brand for 3.5
years with an additional 1.5 year extension. “the next 5 years will be a very
exciting time for the brand”, says Kello. “We have made such a global impact in a mere 3.5, years and this deal insures the future and longevity of the brand which, honestly, some people had questioned.”

a Pencil…
Little Susie was not the best student in Catholic School. Usually she slept
through the class.
One day her teacher, a Nun, called on her while she was sleeping.
'Tell me Susie, who created the universe?'
When Susie didn't stir, little Johnny, who was her friend sitting behind her,
took his pencil and jabbed her in the rear.
'God Almighty!' shouted Susie.
The Nun said, 'Very good' and continued teaching her class.
A little later the Nun asked Susie, 'Who is our Lord and Savior?'
But Susie didn't stir from her slumber. Once again, Johnny came to her rescue
and stuck her in the butt.
'Jesus Christ!!!' shouted Susie.
And the Nun once again said, 'Very good,' and Susie fell back asleep.
The Nun asked her a third question...'What did Eve say to Adam after she had her twenty-third child?'
Again, Johnny came to the rescue. This time Susie jumped up and shouted, 'If
you stick that damn thing in me one more time, I'll break it in half!'
The nun fainted.
