Lama Fashion Show!
On a catwalk in front of Lhasa's majestic Potala Palace, Chinese fashion models pose and pout to a thumping techno beat.
The director barks into a loudspeaker as the 51 girls sashay through their paces for the "Elite Model Look" contest on a square beneath the Dalai Lama's former residence.
It is hardly the image most foreigners would expect in Tibet, viewed in the West as the mythical land of Shangri-La brought to its knees by communist Chinese troops in 1950.
But that is precisely the point.
For China's leaders, this is all part of the "new" Tibet -- a prosperous, outward-looking region, enjoying the fruits of double-digit economic growth thanks to Beijing's patronage.
After five decades of often violent political campaigns, China hatched a plan last year to pour billions of dollars into Tibet to link it inextricably to the rest of the country and win the loyalty of its people for good.
At the same time, Beijing launched a campaign to improve its propaganda in a bid to silence critics.
Judging by the crowds at the fashion show rehearsal, China's new approach has won it some support.
"I think it's great," said Lobsang, 24, a recent graduate of Tibet University, sporting a baseball hat and jeans.
"We never had this kind of thing in Lhasa before. People always think of Tibetans as being backward. I think Tibet is changing," said Lobsang, the son of a government official.

...three people began helping me write a "desk manual" for my job.
...the LAN suddenly began backing-up my computer every 10 minutes.
...a large paper recycling box was placed next to my file cabinets.
...the receptionist began saying "Who ???" to anyone calling on me.

Hello all, I have been contemplating getting into the lingerie
industry for quite some time. I see all types of wholesale
companies that will set up a web page for you and you can earn 20%
commission on the sales generated. Anyone have any thoughts on
this. Also, I would be interested to hear any tips or ideas on
starting an online lingerie business. My thoughts have been on
this for many years but have been hesitant to open an actual retail
store in my area. I reside in New Hampshire, and with all the
competition with malls and department stores, I am afraid I would be
setting myself up for failure. Any suggestions, ideas are appreciated.

Attached are a few pictures I have gathered in the past from various
Ebay auctions that caught my attention... what I would like to ask is.. do

know where I can purchase panties like this... AND does anyone know where
I can buy lace like this (the priority is the dual colored lace in I was
hopeing for a contact via the internet or possibly a website.
I have searched and could not find one manufacture that sold these lace
panties and the one that did.. only sells them using 6" lace... these
in the pictures are 4" and 5"... All help is greatly
