The ILS is just weeks away.
We love the ILS because it gives us a chance to meet with some of our customers, speak with potential customers, and gather information from the industry to better understand its business and technology needs.
At the last show we heard issues like these:
- I have been working on my website for a year and it is almost ready.
- I am building my own site from the ground up. It’s taking a long time.
- I gave a company $5000 three months ago and my site is still not up and running.
- My site crashes on a regular basis.
- My email gets lost and they don’t care.
- I have been loading my site with products for months and still am not finished.
- They don’t care.
All of the issues listed make your business inefficient and ineffective, so your profits are reduced. It is important to take a look at what you are doing today, how you are working, and where you want to be tomorrow. Your time has great value, don’t underestimate it. You don’t want to spend your time wrestling with technology. You want to spend your time making sales.
Technology should not take your time and money, it should give you time and make you money.
At Gozooko we use the simple business equation: Efficient + Effective = Profit.
If you increase efficiency or effectiveness your profits will increase. When we
look at a client’s business we look at how we can help them be more efficient and effective. We continually improve our products driving them to be more efficient and effective on a continual basis helping increase our customer’s profits.
A few things we have done since the last show to help our customers be more efficient and effective:
- Increased our Cloud coverage and business continuity services, to further improve solution availability and speed.
- Enhanced the Gozooko 1 product with updated shipping efficiencies
- Image load enhancements to allow images to load even faster, providing a lightning fast experience for the end users.
- Improved SEO, making it even easier for your products to show up in the search engines.
- Added Zope services. Zope is an open source application server for building content management systems, intranets, portals, and custom applications.

What we are currently working on to add to Gozooko 1:
- Point of Sale (POS) – We are working on an integration of the Gozooko 1 product with a POS solution. We will have a demo version on the POS system at the show.
- Updated Amazon functionality to allow easier loading of products into an Amazon store.
- East Coast News (ECN) integration - We currently have an integration point with Eldorado which provides importing of over 10,000 products and supports drop shipping services The ECN integration will be close to 50,000 products.

Apples
The children were lined up in the cafeteria of a Catholic elementary school for lunch.
At the head of the table was a large pile of apples.
The nun made a note, and posted on the apple tray: "Take only ONE. God is watching." Moving further along the lunch line, at the other end of the table was a large pile of chocolate chip cookies.
A child had written a note, "Take all You want. God is watching the apples!"
