Helping an overweight blonde
An overweight blonde consulted her doctor for advice. The doctor advised that she run ten miles a day for thirty days.
This, he promised, would help her lose as many as twenty pounds.
The blonde followed the doctor's advice, and, after thirty days, she was pleased to find that she had indeed lost the pesky twenty pounds. She phoned the doctor and thanked him for the wonderful advice which produced such effective results.
At the end of the conversation, however, she asked one last question:
"How do I get home, since I am now 300 miles away?"

Attire for those lithe bodies boasts finer material, body-baring
silhouettes
and lighter colours. Skimpy bare-dare flash your
attitude tops are quite
the order of the day. Since your basic
bra may seem bulky and somewhat
obvious under these
conditions, consider buying a few bras designed to
go
undetected when paired with your favorite
spaghetti, halter or other tops. Of course many tanks and sleeveless tops
have built-in bras today, but sometimes you may just lust for that clingy
number with no in-built support.
So what kind of bras should you invest in? Today unlike in your Mom's time
there are several options. Take for one the convertible bra. It will
support you well under a backless bodice and even a halter-top. Remember
styles without lace and seams make the way for a clean look under  fitted
sleeveless tops and fine
knit shells. They are no fuss
and help in
creating a neat
silhouette. Stretch cotton bras,
which resemble cropped
tank
tops with adjustable straps are
also very comfortable and don't
bite
into the skin.
Try a demi bra when wearing a
plunging or revealing neckline. Designed
with wide-set cups
that just cover the nipple, it offers good support with
maximum exposure. Consider racer back or cross back
bras to wear with
sleeveless tops and shells. You can be
rest assured then that your bra
straps won't slip into view
and embarrass you.
Plan on wearing strapless
bras under skinny-strap tanks
and strapless tops for a smooth and finished
look.
Smaller chests can get away with a stretch tube bra, while
larger
chests may still need the support of a more constructed
bra that hooks in
the back.
Combat sweat-inducing humidity
by pairing gym tops with a moisture-wicking
sports bra.
They offer great support,
and the high-tech fabric will
keep
you a lot drier than most
other bras. Try drifit fabric
bras for easy
stretch and
cool comfort. Wear flesh
tones when sporting pastels
or sheer
materials like linen.
White bras will be very
conspicuous take along with
you your tops when shopping
for bras. Check coverage in the underarm area,
too, as
some armholes are cut so low that they reveal the body of
the bra. So now that you have the lowdown on what kind
of lingerie you need with
skimpy little things, go right ahead
and shop till you drop. But be
careful
to mix caution with
ingenuity before you actually dole out the big bucks.
